Join the giant Landguard Bunny for The Great Felixstowe Museum Easter Egg Hunt on Wednesday 17 April. Search the Museum for the coloured eggs, then exchange them for a yummy reward! Two sessions at 1230-1400 and 1430-1600. Children £4.00, adults £2.00. Pre-booking essential.

Hunt out the clues around the historic Landguard Fort, with a Easter Trail running from Saturday 6 to Monday 22 April (1000-1600). Normal admission charges for the Fort apply, plus £1.50 for a trail sheet.

Filby Tennis Academy have a Easter Egg Hunt at Brackenbury Sports Centre on Saturday 6 April (1400). Hunt for mini chocolate eggs, sweets and treats, plus a scavenger hunt and egg and spoon races. £4.00 per person. Book by Wednesday 3 April on 07889 972214.

Buy local - visit our family-run butchers and bakers to pick up your Easter food and drink.
- Seasonal lamb is great for the big family dinner. Order your racks and joints at The Deben Butcher on Hamilton Road, S. J. Summers at High Road West, Orwells Butchers in Walton High Street or Michael's Butchers Limited at High Road East.
- There is nothing like the smell of freshly baked hot cross buns. Pick them up at The Bread Basket in Walton High Street, or The Bakery in Hamilton Road.
- Chocoholics should head to Sweet Treats on Hamilton Road... our Willy Wonka emporium of chocolate and other confectionery delights.

The Spa Pavilion have Easter fun for the family. Join the Atomic Fairy, village idiot Wally and Dame Dolly for Beauty and the Beast, starring Kerry Katona and Basil Brush on Tuesday 9 April (1430); or dive under the sea for The Little Mermaid on Thursday 11 April (1430), a bubbly panto with pop songs, magic and puppets. Pre-booking essential for all events.

Keep them amused with Premier Education at Felixstowe Academy (Maidstone Campus). Holiday courses run Monday 8 to Friday 12 April; Monday 15 to Thursday 18 April (0900-1530). Musical theatre, football, multi-sports and gymnastics. Suitable for ages 5-13 years. £17.95. Pre-booking essential.

All the fun of the Easter Fun Fair on the seafront (Felixstowe Beachside Events Area) from Wednesday 17 to Monday 22 April (opens 1800 on Wednesday, then other days from 1100). Brave the exciting rides and try your luck on the stalls and sideshows. Individual prices for rides, etc.

The Fludyers Hotel have a Easter Disco on Sunday 21 April (from 2000). All the hits from the 60's, 70's and 80's. Admission free.

Easter in FelixstoweGo beachcombing at Felixstowe with Beach Bonkers on Saturday 6 April (1030-1200) and Saturday 13 April (1400-1530). Meet at the Visit Felixstowe Tourist Information Centre beach hut (opposite the Town Hall). See what treasures you can discover. £4.00 per person.

Manning's Amusements are holding an Easter Craft Fair on Sunday 21 and Monday 22 April (1100-1700). Wide range of stalls selling hand-made arts and crafts. Including sewn and crochet items, gifts for special occasions, pet portraits and painted glass. Admission free.

Amazing living history with The 95th Rifles at Landguard Fort on Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 April (1000-1600). A weekend of soldiering, musketry and drill. Normal admission charges for the Fort apply.

Felixstowe Ferry Sailing Club is the venue for the second 'Art at the Ferry' on Saturday 20 April (1000-1600). An exhibition of local artists' work available to view and buy, including paintings, photos, ceramics and jewellery. Admission free.

The Town Centre will be celebrating Everything Easter with a free event at The Triangle on Saturday 20 April (1100-1500) - promoting Litter-Free Felixstowe and local shops. Live music, stalls, craft activities, Easter bunny and children's entertainer.

Game, set, match... There are Felixstowe Tennis Camps for children aged 4-16 years at Brackenbury Sports Centre on Tuesday 9, Thursday 11, Friday 12, Tuesday 16 and Thursday 18 April (0900-1600). Tennis coaching and games. £25.00 per child, per day. Pre-booking essential.

Join Churches Together Felixstowe for the Good Friday Open Air Service at the Triangle Canopy on Friday 19 April (1045-1200). A church service with songs, sermon and a short dramatic reading. On Easter Sunday (21 April) there is also a Easter Day Sunrise Service on the Pier Plaza at 0600 to celebrate the resurrection at dawn.
