Don't forget... Felixstowe Late Night Christmas Shopping on Fridays 8, 15 and 22 December until 1900. Entertainment, tastings and special offers. Free car parking in the town centre car parks (Crescent, Highfield and Ranelagh Road) from 1500 onwards.

Saturday 2 December, 1000-1800
Christmas Craft Market and Lighting Up Day
Traditional Christmas craft market and the switching on of the lights by the Mayor. Fantastic range of gift and food stalls to browse along Hamilton Road, Lions Club food and charity stalls at The Canopy along with Santa's Grotto, carol singing and live entertainment throughout the afternoon. A children’s candlelight parade (starting at 1630) along Hamilton Road leads up to the Christmas lights switch on at 1700.
Friday 1 to Saturday 23 December
Santa's Ride around town with Rudolph
The Santa and Rudolph trailer will be making its usual tour of Felixstowe's streets and homes every weekday evening between the 1-23 December (1800-2030). In addition, they will be seen at Landguard Fort on Saturday 16 December (1000-1600), Hamilton Road on Tuesday 19 December (1000-1600) and at Morrison's on Saturday 23 December (1000-1600). Charity Christmas Tree Festival
A wonderful display of decorated and glittering Christmas trees from various local charities and organisations. Held at The Salvation Army in Cobbold Road. Also assortment of stalls and refreshments. Grand opening by the Mayor on Tuesday at 1800, including a short carol service.
Saturday 16 December, 1200-1900
Christmas at Landguard Fort
Felixstowe's BIG festive family treat! Visit Santa in his grotto. J.S. and the Lockerbillies Rock and Roll Christmas Party. Craft and gift stalls. Snow Queen and 'Olaf'. Snow machines. Live music and choirs, including Martlesham Brass Band, Orwell Connection Choir, The Felix Stowaways, Felixstowe Harmonies and Felixstowe Salvation Army Band. Felixstowe Museum, quiz trail, storytelling and refreshments.
Wednesday 20 to Saturday 23 December, 1100-1900.
Felixstowe Ice Rink
Synthetic rink at Great Eastern Square provided by Felixstowe Town Council and sponsored by the East of England Cooperative. Grand opening by the Mayor of Felixstowe on Wednesday 20 December at 1100. There will also be rides for smaller children and stalls serving food and drinks. Admission free (including free skating).

St. Elizabeth Hospice: Christmas Day Dip
Are you brave enough to join the early morning dip on Christmas Day? At 1000 hundreds of brave and adventurous Hospice supporters will take part in the annual Christmas Day Dip. There will also be hundreds of spectators cheering the dippers on so why not come along with your family and join in the fun.
