Beach Bonkers - Beachcombing on Felixstowe Beach

Location: Meet at the Visit Felixstowe Tourist Information Centre beach hut (opposite the Town Hall), Undercliff Road West

Join Kate, beachcomber and environmentalist, of Beach Bonkers on a guided beachcomb.

Discover your own beach treasures and the stories they tell. Felixstowe beach is a fabulous location for beachcombing with heaps of treasures to be found, especially shells and there's always the chance of finding a shark's tooth. Kate will help identify your finds and talk about how we can all look after the marine environment.

Suitable for all ages. Children must be supervised at all times by their accompanying adults.

Please dress warmly and wear shoes suitable for walking on shingle.

Duration of around 1.5 hours. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the starting time.

£4.00 per person (mini event on 21 June free). No need to book. Just turn up.

** Note: 25 August is special Beachcombing Day from 1030-1200, a break for lunch, then 1300-1430. £8.00 per person, or just £4.00 for morning session.
